Do you work on Macs?
Absolutely! We have over 12 years of experience with Macs.
What do I need to bring with my PC?
When you bring a desktop PC to our service center, we only need the main tower itself. Unplug all of the cables and leave them at home so you don't misplace them. If you are bringing a laptop, please remember to also bring your AC Adapter. If you are experiencing problems with a software program, it is often helpful to have the original installation CDs/DVDs.
How much will it cost?
This is difficult to determine ahead of time as each computer and each problem is unique. We will always do an initial evaluation to identify the problem and determine the proper repair. We will then contact you with an estimate of the cost and you always have the choice to decline. This initial evaluation is covered by the half-hour minimum charge. How long will it take?
The majority of repair work at the service center is completed within 24-48 hours. However, some repairs take less time and others may take longer. Service is performed on a "first come first served" basis but rush service is available for an extra fee. Contact the service center for more information.
